Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to the regional team's goals.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and regional metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies based on data insights.
• Managing a visual analytics project through the entire lifecycle; including requirements gathering, persona development, data storytelling, and visual design best practices

Experience

• Experience of the process, evaluation & feedback, reporting and analysis, Understanding the requirements and present the same accordingly
• Establish controls on Transaction Processing, aiming for a Zero Defect Output, Adherence to Internal and External Data Audit Requirements, Drive Org. Level Initiatives based on data
• Report and Publish data Metrics, GAP Analysis
• Publish Dashboards - Daily, Weekly and Monthly
• Continuous Focus and Drive to meet and exceed SLA]s, Error Analysis and RCA

Skills

• Tableau & Advance MS Excel
• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, Quick sight, marketing tools etc.
• Solving complex problems using analytical thinking
