Role & responsibilities :-

Aakash Institute is looking for a candidate who can able to handle the customers queries, Backend processing and eager to work & learn.

• Excellent Internet Navigation Skills
• Able to work in ERP, Salesforce & other AESL tools
• Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Troubleshooting and Customer service-oriented skills.
• Should have the capability to judge the concern/request/complaint of the students and solve.
• Should be comfortable to take multiple calls in a day.
• Working experience of students enrolment process
• Handy with telephonic and Email communication
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications & Google Spread Sheets
• Basic Typing/Keyboarding skills
• Rotational week off once in a week.

Other Criteria:

• Demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service
• Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of working experience for Admission processing related services
• Communication skills:
• Good in Hindi & English
