Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency at our Kurukshetra center.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, ensuring staff productivity, and implementing strategies that align with AESL's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the center.

- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

- Manage and coordinate staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company policies.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.

- Liaise with different departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education or test-prep industry.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in project management and staff supervision
