Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

The Marketing Executive is responsible for generating student admissions through marketing activities and business development. This includes conducting seminars, visiting schools, counseling students and parents, and building relationships with local tuition teachers. The role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct ATL and BTL marketing activities to generate leads.
2. Visit schools to build relationships and drive admissions.
3. Counsel students and parents through home visits to close enrollments.
4. Collaborate with local tuition teachers for business opportunities.
5. Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, sales, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
• Fluent in English and regional languages.
• Willingness to travel and public speaking.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred BTech, MBA, or related fields).
• Previous B2C sales or educational counseling experience.
