Manager Corporate Finance

Role & responsibilities

1. Controls: Ensure that internal finance controls are adhered to across organization and there is due compliance of local as well as global DOA
2. Accounting: Review of trade payables/ trade receivables / CWIP/ Open GR etc. Recording of monthly provisions and ensuring timely closure of monthly financials.
3. Analysis: Sharp analytics on SG&A actuals vs budgets, variances.
4. Reporting and MIS: Preparation of monthly and annual financials and upload of financials results as per the defined timelines and sharing relevant MIS with relevant stakeholders from time to time
5. Asset governance: Review of FAR and depreciation calculations, review of diligence around capex projects in close co-ordination with the plant finance controller
6. Internal/ External audits: responsible for independently handling of internal and external audits (including group and statutory audits) with focus on NIL observations and timelines
7. SAP upgradation: Work closely with colleagues in India as well Global SAP team to ensure smooth upgradation of SAP as well as SAP customization as and when required as per local control environment
8. Statutory reporting : Preparation of IND financial statements as per the local laws with accuracy adhering to relevant accounting standards and policies
9. Cost Audit : Supervision of cost audit in close co-ordination with the plant finance controllers

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years' experience
• SAP hands- on experience
• Closure and preparation of financials – 4-5 years post qualification
