Position: Senior Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts

Location - Andheri East (Opposite Metro Station on W.E Highway)

Working Days - 5

Responsibilities:

• To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per IND AS and IGAAP and ensure the accurate & correctness of financial statements
• To review and set up Finance and Accounting procedures & policy and its periodical review
• To manage daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax department, To prepare and submission Financial Report (actual & forecast) for Company
• To review monthly TDS, PF, ESIC and Other tax payment and its submission on time
• To manage companys cash flow
• Maintain and review finance and accounting procedure and policy
• Handle statutory audit under the Companies Act, tax audit, IFC audit and transfer pricing audit and documentation for domestic and international transactions
• To represent the Company for direct tax related matters before the tax consultants and advisors
• Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organizations needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
• Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
• Analyse monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities

Skills and Abilities:

• Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills •
• Work effectively with staff, tax consultants and Sr Management
• Work independently and organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
• Well versed with IND AS and IGAAP
• Very good experience in Direct Tax Law.
• Must have SAP-R3/HANA S4 knowledge for FICO Module
