Role & responsibilities

• The vacancy is open for minimum 1 year of Experience candidates in Travel Agency as a Domestic / International Tour Sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding domestic and international tour packages.
• Create and customize travel itineraries based on customer needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Handle bookings, reservations, and ticketing for tours, flights, and accommodations.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during travel.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
