Instructional Designer

• Job is open for all type of engagement Full Time, Contractual and Freelancing.
• Design and develop engaging and effective eLearning courses, training materials, and learning interventions.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
• Apply instructional design theories and models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create impactful learning experiences.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and assessments that align with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Able to utilize eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to develop interactive courses.
• Well-aware of multimedia elements (e.g., videos, animations, simulations) to enhance learning.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and eLearning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a portfolio of successful eLearning projects.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) will be appreciated
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
