Job Description: Chartered Accountant (Delhi)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to work from our Okhla Phase III office at Delhi. The successful candidate will manage restructuring, corporate financing, and oversee client audits and taxation matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage client restructuring, corporate financing, and related audit & taxation activities.
• Proficient in advanced Excel for managing projections and financial analysis.
• Finalization of accounts, ledger scrutiny, statutory audits, and tax audits for clients.
• Supervise and monitor internal audits, periodic review of accounts, statutory compliance, and preparation of MIS reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS and GST.
• Draft replies, submissions, appeals, and other documentation in response to notices or departmental proceedings.
• Conduct meetings with clients to discuss MIS, internal audit reports, or the finalization of accounts.
• Represent the organization during Income Tax Scrutiny Assessments, Appellate proceedings, and other departmental engagements.
• Knowledge of CMA data is an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and audit standards, procedures, and taxation.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel (including advanced features), and Tally ERP 9.
