Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience, strong technical knowledge, and expertise in HR functions, policies, and compliance. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and company regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention programs.
• Handle compensation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Provide HR analytics and reports to senior management for decision-making.
• Resolve employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business expansion and workforce planning.
• Implement HR tech solutions for process automation and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• MBA in HR or related field from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of HR technology, HRIS systems, and automation tools.
• Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HR analytics, compensation structuring, and talent management.
• Knowledge of HR laws, statutory compliance, and labor regulations.
• Familiarity with HR software like HRMS tools
