Internation Ticketing Manager- FIT & MICE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading the ticketing team to ensure all queries are completed maintaining the decided timeframes.

2. Collaborating with key account managers to secure ticket bookings keeping value maximization and quality assurance at the forefront.

3. Front-ending discussion on standalone ticketing queries with the clients wherever necessary. 4. Ensuring seamless travel experiences through timely ticketing.

5. Managing a team of people and being accountable for their effective task completion.

Required qualifications and skills:

1. A minimum of 7 years experience in the travel & hospitality industry with atleast 3 years in the ticketing domain.

2. 2+ years of experience in managing a team.

3. Proficient in working on flight booking softwares like Amadeus, Galileo & GDS.

4. Experience in handling international flight reservations.

5. Knowledge about international travel regulations, fares, and airline policies regarding refunds, cancellations, re-issuance etc.
