Manager of Engineering (10-15 yrs)

We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Engineering who is not only a hands-on technical expert but also a strategic leader.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML, along with a broad understanding of other emerging technologies.

This role involves leading technical teams, contributing to presales activities, and ensuring successful project execution across a variety of domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring successful delivery of projects involving AI/ML and other technologies.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance, leveraging deep expertise in AI/ML as well as cloud computing, data engineering, DevOps, and software development.

- Actively participate in presales activities, collaborating with the sales and business development teams to understand client needs, develop proposals, and demonstrate technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, design scalable architectures, and ensure seamless integration of solutions across various technology stacks.

- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of technological innovation.

- Plan and oversee projects, including resource allocation and timeline management, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture, mentoring team members and guiding their professional development.

- Engage directly with clients, presenting technical solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met with high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications :

- 15-20 years of experience in the technology industry, with a significant focus on AI/ML and related technologies.

- Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams and successfully delivering complex projects.

- Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, along with a broad understanding of technologies like cloud computing, data engineering, DevOps, and software development.

- Extensive experience in presales activities, including client engagement, proposal development, and technical demonstrations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
