Key Accountabilities:

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Adjuster Analyst will report into AR Adjuster Manager and work in a fast-paced environment with a highly functional team in Zurns AR department. Cross-functional coordination is required with associates from multiple geographical regions, including Sales and AR Collections Team in the United States. This role will be responsible for processing customer debits, returns, pricing, freight, sales tax, shortages, etc. Strong communication skills are necessary as the position requires interaction between managers, internal departments, and service centers

• Actively address customer short payments, deductions, and other issues as they arise, including returns, billing and shipping errors, debits, complaints.
• Provide strategic customer service regarding collection issues, processing customer refunds, and review/process account adjustments.
• Actively communicate and drive resolution between the sales and customer care teams to provide high quality customer satisfaction.
• Work and interact with internal departments as well as external locations (i.e.: Reps, Area Managers, Service Centers, AR Collections team.)
• Drive continuous improvement in existing processes and sustain through standard work.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• B.Com/MBA with 2-3 years experience.
• Must be organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills
