A1 Apps - Associate - App Marketing (2-6 yrs)

Position Overview:

A1 Apps is looking for a Marketing Associate to drive and support our app marketing, advertisement, and analytics efforts. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the app marketing space while working in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to overall marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

App Marketing:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for app growth.

- Optimize app store presence through ASO, competitor analysis, user acquisition, A/B testing, and retention tactics.

Ad Campaigns:

- Plan and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms to drive user acquisition and engagement.

- Conduct hygiene checks and monitor policy compliance on Google Ads.

- Analytics & Performance Tracking:

- Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

- Work with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and Google Play Console to generate reports and track KPIs.

Content & Collaboration:

- Work with the design team to create ad copies, visuals, and marketing materials.

- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to identify new opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree/certification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred, not mandatory).

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in app marketing and advertising.

- Strong understanding of ASO, app marketing strategies, and paid advertising platforms.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Firebase.

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
