Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance & Growth Manager to lead our performance marketing and growth initiatives. This pivotal role will shape Lingopanda's future direction by driving user growth and revenue, particularly for app-based products.

What We're Looking For :

1. Proven track record in driving growth.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience, especially with G-Ads, Meta Ads, ASO, and performance marketing for mobile app downloads.

3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to inform decisions.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include :

1. Ideate new ways to drive app growth, retention, and key revenue metrics.

2. Handle Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads to achieve user growth and revenue objectives.

3. Analyze and optimize ad performance to improve app installs and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

4. Take on allied responsibilities that contribute to growth.

Compensation : 8 - 15L per year, plus ESOPs based on performance

Office Location : JP Nagar, Bengaluru (6 days working with alternate Saturdays off)
