Lead/Assistant Manager - Salesforce Developer

Only looking for someone who can join immediately or at max by 2 weeks.

We are looking for a detail oriented individual with inclination to software development on cloud based CRM salesforce.com (SFDC).The person will be responsible for looking for new ways to solve problems, meet challenges and improve software capability and functionality. The selected individual should also gain a good understanding of our business and be able to translate this into system understandable languages. The person must have a good understanding of Salesforce backend. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are a must, as well as ability to perform under tight deadlines.

Salesforce Platform Certified Developer
Experience with various full cycle software development methodologies (Agile, waterfall, etc.), tools and practices.
Excellent knowledge on software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent knowledge of n-tiered architecture
3+ years experience with multiple programming or scripting language (Java, JavaScript, C#, SQL)
5+ years experience with Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, Workflow, Triggers, Salesforce integrations
3+ years experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and/or administration
Working experience of Salesforce Lightning application and component
5+ years experience writing/modifying programs for a mid to large size application
5+ years experience administering and/or configuring an application
Excellent knowledge data modeling, query optimization and database concepts
Experience with Git, ANT, Maven and code deployments across Salesforce orgs
Good knowledge of XML interfaces and Web Services
Basis knowledge of network concepts
Web Technologies: Webservices (REST, SOAP)
Familiarity with Cloud Computing Services: Azure, AWS, ELB, EBS and RDS
Familiarity with Unix and shell programming
IDE: Eclipse
Self-driven and ability to work independently on tasks assigned
