The incumbent shall be responsible for managing and scaling up the Indirect Tax practice of
the firm, including litigations and advisory , on a pan-India basis, under the guidance of a
Partner . He shall also be responsible for building up the teams and guiding and mentoring
them . He shall work closely with the team members and assist them on day - to - day client
issues , ensure timely client deliverables , keep abreast of latest regulatory changes and judicial
pronouncements and abide by an established set of standard operating procedures. The
responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to:
\u2219 Business generation from existing and new clients
\u2219 Managing and building client relationships
\u2219 Handling litigations viz. notices, enquiries, show cause notices, department audits etc. and
written and in-person representations before authorities
\u2219 Ensure client deadlines are planned, executed and closed within the available time .
\u2219 Ensure delegation and coordination among teams to
