Job Summary/Description : Area Manager
We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Manager to join our Marketing team! As Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive Companys business success by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy in your region. Your main tasks & goals will be to plan, manage and oversee implementation of Companys market strategy in respective region. Product specification and aggressively reach out to End customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve Aggressive sales targets.
- Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, PMC etc.).
- Generating suitable enquiries/leads by meeting with architect and site visit in assigned territory.
- Pitching Company Profile to Architects & Interior Designers.
- Meetings with architects/ interior designers to get the support & business for A Class Marble brand.
- Cold-Calling & Fixing meetings.
- Provisioning towards high-end category of Architects & Interior designers in order to promote and expand business
in the luxury segment.
- Fulfilling client based requirements, based on specific project needs for Division in a timely manner.
- On-site visits along with Architects, Clients & Interior designers for a tour of our processing unit & experience
center at Kishangarh / or to the Stockyard at Delhi.
- Identifying and portraying new business opportunities, along with managing & retaining relationships with existing
clients.
- Analytical monitoring & close follow-up on existing key accounts in pursuit of additional business.
- Self-driven to own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Desired Skill Set :
Qualification - Graduate/MBA with 0-2 years of experience.
- (0-2) years of experience in Sales & Business Development in which1 year in similar product / Industry.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successful sales growth.
- Team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.
- Proactive & self-starter
- Good presentation Skills & influencing personality.
