Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing video content that aligns with our brand, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse audience. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in video production, storytelling, and an understanding of the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage to create engaging, high-quality workout videos tailored to our on-demand library and client needs.
• Content Enhancement: Use audio, music, and graphics to enhance the overall production value of videos, ensuring they are engaging and dynamic.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fitness instructors, producers, and the creative team to ensure the video content matches the brands vision and goals.
• Visual Effects and Animation: Integrate motion graphics and special effects to create a visually appealing experience that aligns with the platform's dynamic workout style.
• Quality Control: Ensure all edited content is of the highest quality, with no glitches, sound issues, or errors.
• Consistency: Maintain a consistent style and tone across all video content, ensuring it matches Bounce n Burn's branding.
• Video Publishing: Prepare final videos for publishing across multiple platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and software to improve production processes and content quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of previous work (especially in the fitness, health, or wellness sectors).
• Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools.
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and aspect ratios for various platforms (e.g., social media, mobile apps, websites).
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Ability to work with both pre-recorded footage and live-action content.
• A creative mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for fitness and wellness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with fitness or lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Motion).
• Ability to create short-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
