Job Title: Senior AEM Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AEM Administrator with extensive experience in managing and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, performance tuning, automation, and ensuring high availability and security of AEM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain AEM environments, including installation, configuration, and deployment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Optimize AEM configurations for performance, scalability, and security.
• Automate frequent administrative tasks using shell scripting and other tools.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for seamless deployments.
• Perform patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and integrate monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior administrators.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve AEM workflows and user experience.

Skills Required:

• AEM Administration (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Linux/Unix system administration
• Apache & Dispatcher configuration and tuning
• Shell Scripting and automation
• Performance tuning & troubleshooting
• Monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc.)
• CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible) preferred

Experience: 8+ years in AEM Administration
