QA Automation Engineer (Python)

We seek a QA Automation Engineer (Python) with expertise in Python-based automation frameworks and BDD test features. You will ensure the quality of APIs, Event-Driven Services, and MQTT topics through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks.
• Implement BDD test features using Behave/Cucumber.
• Automate API testing, Event-Driven Services, and MQTT topics.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in QA automation with Python.
• Proficiency in Pytest, Robot Framework.
• Hands-on with BDD frameworks (Behave, Cucumber).
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, Requests Library).
• Understanding of Event-Driven Architectures, MQTT protocol.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git.

Preferred:

• Experience with Cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Performance and security testing knowledge.
