Experience: 0-2 Years experience, preference given for commercial/office space design.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Design

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating layout test fits for business validation as well as for clients.
• Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on project planning.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Support the preparation of presentations and client proposals.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards.
• Understanding of construction materials and finishes.
