The Implementation Associate will be instrumental in executing end-to-end implementations for sophisticated private market investors. Acting as a Consultant and Subject Matter Expert, the Implementation Associate will work closely with Project Managers to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements. This role involves collaboration with product development teams to enhance portfolio monitoring and valuation products, as well as developing best practices for implementation.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers to execute comprehensive implementations for private market investors across various strategies and geographies.
Produce high-quality deliverables that align with client requirements throughout the implementation process.
Work with the product development team to create and enhance features for portfolio monitoring and valuation.
Develop and train team members on best practices, maintaining necessary implementation artifacts.
Monitor customer health and engagement to proactively address potential issues.
Collaborate with technology and subject matter experts to ensure effective development of algorithms and workflows for task automation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education : Graduate or post-graduate qualification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or similar sectors.
Experience : Strong critical thinking and time management skills; understanding of Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies is a plus; self-starter with a strong desire to learn and exceed objectives; excellent analytical skills with the ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
Technical Skills : Working knowledge of APIs and SQL is a plus; proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel; strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
