Generate leads and drive sales: Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and attending industry events. Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Build and maintain customer relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries or concerns, and manage customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences through market research and analysis.
