We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Growth Manager to join our growing start-up. you will have to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, show amazing attention to detail, and have a strong ability to translate requirements into design. your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional mobile and web products. you will also have to deliver adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices.
planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
illustrate concepts and set visual parameters including, color scheme, style, typography, and overall brand perception.
translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
participate in internal and external design reviews, with the ability to articulate and exchange ideas about concepts and design decisions.
prioritize and manage multiple projects with high quality and on schedule.
staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
analyze customer responses and website data to determine high-traffic web pages and why some perform better than others.
create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on users' ease of use.
conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience.
plans and defines the strategy for the direction of future iterations.
Knowledge and Experience
experience as a UI/UX designer or related field.
demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specializing in Xd, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
a strong eye for visual composition.
effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
able to give and receive constructive criticism.
a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields is a plus.
