Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products.
Brainstorm, develop ideas, organize, and oversee creative marketing campaigns (social media, e-mail, TV, and etc.)
Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Support the development and execution of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit.
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, and etc.)
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, media vendors, and publishers.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
Maintain our social media presence, design and oversee ad layouts.
Knowledge and Experience
Good understanding of marketing elements (SEO/Social Media), market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, CRM, and website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. able to balance many projects at once.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
