Senior Java Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Programmer cum Operations with
5 + years in Java development and at least 2+ years in an operations Incharge to lead the development and operational activities of our IT applications. This role combines advanced Java programming expertise with operational leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning and delivery of technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and implement features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Work with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including system monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize development and operational tasks.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage IT infrastructure in collaboration with system administrators.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java, with a deep understanding of OOP principles.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Struts.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Headless CMS tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
