Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Gray & Black Box Testing (6-10 yrs)

What you'll Do :

- Be an accountable, point of contact, for all matters related to Quality Assurance Testing under multiple Community/Customer Support Platform project initiatives.

- Ensure the timely & cohesive development of Test Strategies & Test Execution for each phase of the project. (SIT, Functional, E2E, Non-Functional, Stabilization).

- Identify quality risks & mitigation strategies for all accountable project initiatives.

- Analyze computer systems or programs and document test scenarios/plans which would validate expected system/software behaviour.

- Provide input on requirements from the perspective of an end-user subject matter expert.

- Balance focus & support across multiple projects and plan out the QA process for each product.

- Produce qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholders including but not limited to. test coverage, test execution progress, bug counts, bug trends.

- Ensure quality is consistent across all projects and is represented during project planning, development, and launches.

- Analyze data quality, identify gaps and implement needed data cleansing together with client before migration.

- Throughout the migration - validate the data integrity, identify issues and work with the client, IT support and partners to ensure the completion of the migration.

What we are looking for :

Hard Skills :

- 4+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing; performing Black and/or Grey Box testing with Customer Facing UI/UX and Back-End System Testing (consisting of Contact Center Routing (Genesys), Configuration Testing, API, SQL, and Systems Integration)

- 2+ years with CS Technologies and/or Contact Center Systems and related hands-on experience.

- Working with Genesys Purecloud, Salesforce, NICE, and Nexidia

- With Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies

- With implementation and release management

- SDLC lifecycle for code deployments and working with git repositories

- Troubleshooting issues (analyzing logs and determining root cause)

- Testing Routing and IVR workflows based on Architect tool of PureCloud, Low-Level & High-Level Designs

- Working with Dialog modules for Voice recognition and authentication

- Synchronous and asynchronous multimedia interactions and its entire lifecycle

- Click to Call and Callback functionalities

- Testing voice and chat bots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities

- CRM web services, database Lookup, call recording and reporting

- Communicating with non-technical and technical business and engineering stakeholders
