Role & responsibilities

• Managing the calendar of appointments of the Chief operating officer and keeping him updated
  from time to time
• Taking dictation and Drafting of letters
• Managing the files/documents at utmost confidentiality
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Coo's office and internal
  departments.
• Taking Care of Domestic of International Travel and Visa arrangements.
• Preparing agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related and meetings
• Completing Expenses reporting once immediately after the travel.
