Store Manager

1. Manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees

2. Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditure, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions

3. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers

4. Ensure availability of merchandise and marketing products in store

5. Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures

6. Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

7. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements

8. Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

9. Manage stock levels and make key decisions about inventory control

10. Analyse sales figures, forecast future sales and interpret trends to facilitate planning

11. Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.

12. Maintain awareness of market trends in the electric industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

13. Ability to deftly workout the various stocking mechanism for large inventory control.

Knowledge of electric vehicle inventory would be an asset.
