Application engineer /Sr. Application engineer ( CAD CAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Presentation: Engage with customers and prospects to understand their design engineering challenges and demonstrate how SolidWorks can provide targeted solutions and benefits.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Address software functionality-related issues, including installation problems, compatibility with OS and hardware, and any other technical challenges that arise.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize quick thinking and technical expertise to resolve customer design-related issues and software functionality concerns efficiently.
• Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users on various functionalities of SolidWorks, helping them achieve desired productivity levels during solution implementation.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain regular communication and conduct reviews with customers to ensure effective utilization of SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
