Job Description

  • Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
  • Developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
  • Translating requirements into comprehensive style guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces.
  • Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components for mobile, desktop, or web applications.
  • Generating original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems, such as responsiveness issues.
  • Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and management teams to ensure cohesive design implementation.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we re looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, and InVision.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and experience with design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, along with strong interpersonal communication skills, are highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, where adaptability and innovation are key.
