About the Client
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of fine chemicals for research and development. They are dedicated to meeting expectations and consistently providing a valuable range of research reagents while maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.
Job Title : Junior Executive
Department : RA & Safety
Experience : 1 to 3 yrs
No of Position : 1 (One)
Work Location : Thurkapalli, Hyderabad
Reporting to : RA & Safety Head
Only Male Candidates can apply
Education : M.SC ( Organic) Only Language : English, (Hindi, Telugu Optional)
Skills / Knowledge Must have:-
Knowledge on Regulatory affairs of products such as Drugs, cosmetics, foods etc.,
Knowledge on Licence activities like PCB, CDSCO, FSSAI & NCB etc.,
Knowledge on chemical classifications, petrochemical acts & India REACH.
Knowledge on factory safety, OSHA & GHS
Desired Candidate Profile:-
1. Assign Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN) codes to newly introduced products as per functional groups to ensure compliance with export and import requirements.
2. Prepare and update SOP documentation to ensure alignment with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) based on QC data for export purposes.
4. Prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for export, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
5. Classify waste and damaged products in accordance with Pollution Control Board (PCB) and Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDF) requirements.
6. Conduct daily checks and verifications to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational safety protocols in the facility.
7. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with local laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
8. Review and issue work permits based on safety compliance and operational needs.
9. Train and mentor housekeeping, security, and off-roll employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
10. Analyze accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
11. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance.
12. Maintain accurate records and documentation for safety inspections, incidents and training.
13. Identify hazards and recommend risk mitigation measures
