Transaction Processing Representative

We are looking for a Transaction Processing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. They will apply their knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues and problems. The candidate will also assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems, seeking advice and escalating issues when faced with tasks or problems outside the scope of the work.

Experience: Freshers and 2024 pass outs are also welcome.

Education: Commerce Graduates

Location: Work from Home

Shift: 5 pm - 2:30 am

CTC: 21000

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in O2C Billing
• Candidate should be well-versed with basic accounting knowledge.
