- Job stability: A 2-year contract before obtaining the German electrician certification and an unlimited contract afterward.

- High income: Before certification, annual salary ranges from 30,000 to 45,000 euros.
- 30 days of paid annual leave per year.
- Fast process: 6 months to get a German Working visa after submitting complete documents.
- Career development: Wages increase with work experience.
- The average annual salary for a German electrician is 38,900 euros.
- Further specialization can lead to higher wages, with the average annual salary for a German Master Electrician being 47,600 euros.
- Below 40 years old
- ITI or Diploma
