Job Description

SUMMARY

Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat products according to specifications.
Customer Service: Assist customers with their meat selection, provide recommendations, and answer queries.
Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure the freshness of products.
Quality Control: Inspect meat for quality, ensuring it meets company and legal standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain butchery equipment and tools.

Min Salary Rs 35,000 to Max Salary Rs 50,000

Benefits

3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years. In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years. Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years. Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month. Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
