We are looking for a dynamic and hands - on   Product Lead/Growth Hacker   with experience in Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). This role is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact quickly, scale products, and drive innovation. You will work on building, launching, and growing products within the ONDC ecosystem, combining technical expertise with a sharp business acumen.

• Product Development:

  • Conceptualize and execute product strategies tailored to ONDC standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate ONDC-compliant features and APIs.

• Growth Hacking:

  • Identify and execute growth strategies to onboard users, network participants, and partners within ONDC.
  • Design low-cost, high-impact experiments to validate market fit and scale rapidly.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with ONDC stakeholders, aggregators, and regulators to ensure compliance and smooth product operations.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners for ONDC integration.

• Product Optimization:

  • Continuously analyze user behavior and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement feedback loops to iterate and optimize product offerings.

• Execution & Ownership:

  • Take full ownership of product deliverables, ensuring timely delivery with a focus on customer-centric solutions.

• Experience:

  • 2 4 years in product management, growth hacking, or a related role, with hands-on experience in ONDC or similar ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of quickly scaling products or initiatives with limited resources.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Familiarity with ONDC protocols, APIs, and digital commerce frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of product development and Agile methodologies.

• Growth-Oriented Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to design and execute creative, resource-efficient growth experiments.

• Base Salary: 8 10 LPA (adjust based on the candidate's experience and location).
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of annual CTC.
