1 Exciting Opportunity for Non-Technical Graduate Freshers in a leading MNC @Mumbai-Airoli location
Job Role :
- To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
- Handling customers backend data and maintaining reports
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
Note: Candidate Should be residing within 30 km from Airoli.
Requirements . Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER)
- .Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and power point)
- Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
- Should have all mark sheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, Aadhar card, pan card.
- Candidate should have fully vaccinated
Salary Offered : Freshers - 19000 CTC per month
