Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform regular quality checks during production.
Report defects or inconsistencies in products.
Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Shifts:
7 AM to 3 PM
3 PM to 11 PM
11 PM to 7 AM
Workweek:
6 days/week with 1 rolling day off
Shift Allowance:
30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)

Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.

Benefits
Stipend :
17,000 per month for Diploma holders
16,000 per month for ITI holders
Overtime: Occasionally available

Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian)
500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation

Accommodation :
3-month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (3-4 people per room)
