Job Description

SUMMARY
Job Title: Customer Success Associate - Salary upto 25 k to 35 in hand salary
Location : Saki Naka, Mumbai, Work from office.
Job Summary:
UG /Graduate in any field with minimum of 2yrs experience in customer support / Telesales/ Telemarketing role.
Should have excellent communication skills in English, 
Candidates should apply and be ok to work in rotational including night shift, Night allowance will be given - upto 3k 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle Outbound & Inbound call to resolve customer queries 
2. Ensuring all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately. 
3. creating customer profiles and understanding their partner preferences.
4.C ommunicating and Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
5.Set appointments or close deals with clients.
6.Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
7.Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.
8.Utilise CRM and data entry systems.
9.Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organisation, effective communication and strong listening skills.
