This is a remote position.

Excellent opportunity for Sales Manager - Mortgage @Kolkata.

About client - Our client is a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) that caters to the growing needs of an Aspirational India, serving both Individual & Business Clients.

Must Have -

Minimum 4years of working experience as sales manager mortgage.

Comfortable with Kolkata location.

Key functions will be:

Achieve disbursement targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.

Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.

Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.

Achieve targets of cross sell products.

Timely feedback/MIS to Seniors

Requirements

Should have experience in Branch/DSA handling.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Decision Making skills

Knowledge on the Mortgage Business
