Job Description
SUMMARY
Requirements
Contribute to the achievement of our companys objective by fulfilling the following:
Ensure that the accounting records of debtors are accurate and up to date as well as assist the Group Credit Controller in timely debt collection.
Accountabilities
Proactively contacting customers to follow up on overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
Recording and updating customer information, payment details, and communication in the accounting system.
Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Preparing and sending reminder notices, statements, and invoices to customers.
Assisting with general accounts receivable duties as required.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge
Advanced MS Excel skills
Numerical accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced
environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to work as part of a dedicated team.
Education/Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Finance.
Salary Range Rs 45,000 to Rs 65,000
Proven experience of at least two years as an Accounts
Receivable or related role.
A sound knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Experience in using financial software.
Knowledge of financial and tax regulations
Benefits 3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years.
In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
