- Maintaining security controls for cash, keys, alarms, and stock.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Ensuring the store is well-presented and encouraging repeat business.
- Managing liquor licensing requirements and adhering to regulations.
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience in food retail is essential.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Solid basic math skills.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Experience in checkout operations.
