Job Description - 1.Sr ICs ( Master Trainer) are coaches who facilitate an interactive process that helps trainers perform more effectively so they can reach their full potential. 2.Sr ICs are NOT auditors but partners for our trainers.
The four major responsibilities of a Sr IC are:
Trainer Selection & Onboarding: To aid selection and facilitate Generation’s trainer on boarding
Trainer Professional Development & Classroom Delivery: To facilitate a cycle of professional development with Generation trainers
Quality Assurance: To track and analyze data about trainer development
Stakeholder Relations and Engagement: To engage and communicate with trainers and key stakeholders
1.Good command over english and communication skill(oral and written)
2.Competency in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel/Word and PowerPoint)
