Job Description
SUMMARY
Contribute to the achievement of our companys objective by fulfilling the following:
The System Analyst Programmer is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and developing and maintaining software systems. The role involves ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals and delivering efficient, scalable, and user-friendly systems.
Develop and distribute applications and software, including patches per guidelines set by management.
Maintain the company website and update daily to ensure secure and smooth function.
Migrate applications, both in-house and client-based, as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
Develop and maintain security protocols related to software, website and intranet use.
Confer with technical staff and end users to design software applications, evaluate acceptance, and exchange information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
Analyse and make recommendations as to IT software and hardware needs for the company.
Provide analysis of software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Prepare and maintain the documentation of all locally developed software used at the site. Perform source code management/release management activities.
Devise applications and programs to maintain internal and external systems security/integrity.
Maintain system and user accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned
Salary Range Rs 65,000 to Rs 95,000
Requirements Key Technical Skills & Knowledge
Proficiency in programming languages such as [e.g., Java,Python, C#, SQL].
Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle,MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
Education/Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
Experience 2-5 years of experience in system analysis and software development.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Benefits 3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years.
In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
