Job Title: IT Solutions Developer

We are in search of an IT Solutions Developer to join our team at a prominent IT Technology & Services Management MNC. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a robust technical proficiency in JAVA, JavaScript/Typescript, React.js, and Spring/Spring MVC. Familiarity with WebSocket or Messaging API is advantageous. The successful candidate will be responsible for staying abreast of the latest trends in the insurance market and relevant business processes, and should possess the ability to evaluate the impact of market developments on requirements engineering. Moreover, they should excel in identifying areas for enhancement in requirements engineering and advocating for essential changes. This role demands a deep comprehension of future customer needs and the capability to translate customer demands into corresponding IT requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JAVA, JavaScript/Typescript, React.js, Spring/Spring MVC
• Familiarity with WebSocket or Messaging API
• Up-to-date knowledge of insurance market trends and relevant business processes
• Ability to assess the impact of market development on requirements engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
