Spanish Language Expert - Bangalore

Requirements

• Experience:   Minimum 1 year of experience in a Spanish customer support voice process.
• Language Proficiency:  Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) and good English communication skills.
• Education:  Graduate in any discipline (language certification in Spanish is a plus).
• Shift Flexibility:  Willingness to work in the US shift   (night shift).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call-handling software is an advantage.

• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex queries when necessary.
