SUMMARY
Job Title/Designation: Sales Associate

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Age: Below 40yrs

Gender: Preferably Male candidates as it involves extensive travelling.
Preferred sectors: Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Healthcare, Fintech
Specifics: Need to have own 2 wheeler (Travel expenses will be reimbursed)
Job Description:
- Prepare field plan & ensure coverage of market area
- Acquire new area and new market.
- Acquisition of small business owners & freelancers as point - of-sales persons
- Activation of on - boarded POS Retailers & Distributors
- Achievement of targets of POS registration & insurance policies Organised etc
- Understanding on Loans, credit business, acquisitions in new areas & making growth in current market sharing
Candidate Profile:
- Managing & training of business promoters team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Track record of successful relationship based sales - Service oriented
