Now, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to drive our sales growth and expand our client base in the printing & publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and retain existing customers
• ✅ Drive online & telesales, lead generation, and customer acquisition
• ✅ Execute negotiation & revenue maximization strategies to boost business growth
• ✅ Build long-term customer relationships and improve retention
• ✅ Optimize conversion rates and enhance the sales funnel for better performance
• ✅ Conduct follow-ups, close deals, and expand the company's market presence
• ✅ Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to enhance client experience

What You Bring

• 🎯 Experience: 7-12 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition (preferably in Printing, Publishing, or E-Commerce)
• 🎯 Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 🎯 Skills: Sales, Negotiation, Online Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Customer Retention, Revenue Growth
• 🎯 Languages Known: English, Hindi, Bengali (Preferred)
• 🎯 Work Mode: In-office (Kolkata Birati, Kolkata Airport)
