BabyMD is a rapidly growing paediatric care chain focused on delivering holistic care for children. With a strong commitment to patient-centric services, we offer a range of paediatric treatments, developmental assessments, and therapies through our clinics. We aim to enhance the paediatric healthcare experience for both parents and children, with a blend of offline and technology-enabled solutions. Some of our services include consultation, vaccinations, development assessment, therapies, lactation nutrition and many more.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Social Media Strategist to take charge of our content strategy and social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with a creative knack passion for creating brand content strategy, blogs for websites managing social media channels to grow our online presence and reputation. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will collaborate with Founders, Functional Heads, and Execution Leaders to build a brand from the ground up and drive impactful communication and organic growth strategies.

This is a full time work from office role

Location: HSR, Bangalore

Reports to: Founder/CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management
• Take ownership of BabyMDs social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn)
• Create monthly content calendars and share engaging posts, reel, live content independently and coordinate with external agencies to produce high-quality content.
• Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats of posts including formats such as live sessions, webinars etc
• Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influencing content across social media platforms.
• Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimise social media strategies.
• Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing

• Content / Copywriting
• Craft compelling ad copy for static posts, carousels, and video scripts that enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion.
• Develop landing page content copy and collaborate on layouts to increase form fill percentages and overall lead generation.
• Write persuasive ad copy and messaging for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
• Write and optimise SEO-driven blog content to improve BabyMD s online search visibility.
• Review and quality-check SEO blogs written by other contributors, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand voice.
